the quality is amazing I've definetly dropped mine on the floor over 20 times and still hasn't broken

My girls are 7 and 9, and they each have their own mighty. It's an absolute joy to see them look around in wonder at the world while listening to their own music, instead of being pulled downward to stare at a product with unnecessary bells and whistles that pulls them away from engaging with the world and people around them. They love the mighty and the freedom it gives by clipping it to their shirt, plugging in their headphones, putting on their rollerblades and exploring with their own soundtrack of their life – we love the mighty! It feels like the modern day walk man of my 90s childhood - they are loving it and so am I!

i was looking for something that has Spotify but does not have a screen and I found the mighty 3 and it was just what I was looking for! Does not need internet to play music once it has music on it.

Have been searching for a way for my kids to listen to music without the distractions that a tablet presents. This was the perfect solution. Wish the charger was something a bit more universal but otherwise we are loving it!!!
Thank you! We are working on adding more charging cable options to help. However, charging via the aux port is the only way to have a single port player that also accepts headphones. Add another port and things get more fragile, more voulnerable to drops + it increases the cost. Great feedback though!
Looked for screen free options for daughters birthday who loves music. There are very few options and Mighty stood out by far. Couldn't have been a better choice. Easy to sync with Spotify, great sound quality and durable.

We got this for our new 8 year old daughter because she loves listening to music at any and all times. Given her ecclectic taste, we wanted something that could be *just for her*, and the Mighty 3 gave us the ability to tailor it to her. The gift was a shot in the dark because she hadn't asked for it, but I can proudly say she declared it the best gift on her birthday, and has not stopped using it. Set-up was very easy after reading instructions, and she was ready to use it an hour after opening!

I got the mighty because I dont want to carry my phone when go running. And for that it seems fine. It takes some time to get the music on there but once i had my running playlist on there it works better than i thought. bluetooth connection to my headphones is weak so i have to carry the mighty on the neck of my shirt or it wont play properly.
if you only want to get your one playlist on there or are patient enough to wait through the process multiple times, the mighty is a good device. but if you are a music enthusiast who wants to listen to all the music you have, this thing is just not for you.

Screens are ruining lives so we are thrilled with this option for kids to have music. I wish it would sync with a Spotify kids or Amazon kids music account but it does not. So parents have to be sure to filter explicit content on their own account. It is also too easy to accidentally power on and then it loses charge. Wish it had a text listing of the song being played or an option for kids to choose the song they want to hear.

I use it for outdoor events, when there is not stabile internet connection. Works like a charm.

The mighty app sucks is a nightmare to connect we tried everything tablets, phones going closer to the WiFi router and after one week of trying we finally synced it up but are still currently trying to get it to actually play music.

I have a Mighty Vibe that was slowly loosing it's ability to stay on for more than a couple of hours, I'd say by early this year (2025), my six year old Vibe was only lasting 90 minutes, MAX.
So I upgraded to the Mighty 3, and while it's a great little player, and I use it daily, I dread synching it. The synch technology is pretty bad, OK, it's terrible. I've received the standard support response pointing to the Wi-Fi network strength, or Spotify playlist size and so on, but even in a super Wi-Fi area where my video streaming apps are downloading in lightning speed, and a simple playlist of 10 songs, sometimes the synch just stops! Without warning, it starts, nothing happens then stops and I see a playlist of 0 of 10 songs. Then I try again, this time the status indicator starts, at 0%... then 1%... then 2%... and it may go all the way. But even for 10 songs, it may take an hour.
Back to the Vibe. ZERO ISSUES. I still have it, and I can synch the same playlists in under a minute - that's right - under a minute for 10 songs. And it does not balk at any network, the sync starts as soon as I click on the refresh button. I can sync the entire device in less than fifteen minutes, 1000+ songs. Try that on the Mighty 3 and it will take a few (5) hours at least.
But I love my Mighty 3 - it's take a week or so to get everything synched, and now I just refresh a small playlist (5 songs) because of Spotify's requirements. I use it for my walks and meditation, so I rarely need to refresh. When I update a playlist with new songs, I spend the couple of hours to refresh that one list.
Thank you so much. It's great to hear from people who have used Vibe and Mighty 3. Syncing 10 songs on your Mighty 3 should not take an hour. If they are super long meditation or sleep tracks, that could be the issue. A standard 3 min length song is going to be much smaller (and quicker to sync) than a 2 hour meditation track. All that said, we are working on improving the sync speed for Mighty 3. Feedback like this helps us make a better product. Thank you
mighty well it does what its supposed to. wont say it was easy, after lots of deleting my settings and factory resetting it 4 times. i finally got it to work on syncing my playlists.
and for me best of all shuffle really makes you listen to every song once.. which is currently impossible on spotify app itself.
honestly. when im going for a run or going mountainbiking. im very fond of the thing. im not sure what quality the music downloads itself or if its the bluetooth but i do get some noise (distortion) in the tracks here and there. so if it is the download quality i wouldve liked to decided that myself.
also you need to keep mighty close to your earbuds.. when i clip it on the pocket of my pants. it keeps distorting the sound more. even more so when my arms gets between mighty and my earbusds , then sound cuts out completely.
its a usefull thing. it does what its supposed to do. i do feel like it has not reached its full potential.

The Bluetooth range is something we are working on for future versions. Mighty is a small device with a small antena. Most earbuds are small and have even smaller antenas - when you put those two factors together, the range isn't very long. As you describe, keeping Mighty clipped on a collar or backpack is helpful.

I've had this for 8 months and the continuous need for syncing, failed updates, and extremely slow performance render it basically useless.
Mike - we are sorry to hear that Mighty did not meet your expectations. Since Mighty takes your paid steaming music offline, it does need to be reconnected every 30 days to verify your Spotify or Amazon Unlimited membership. That is a requirement that both streaming music providers require. To simplify that, we do have our stay fresh feature that connects Mighty to your music service account in the background so you are always ready to go.
Failed updates and slow sync make me think that WiFi conenction might be causing the problems you are describing. If you still have your Mighty and want to give it another try, the next time you update software or sync, make sure you have your Mighty charging and in a location where you have a super strong WiFi connection. The stronger the connection, the smoother/faster the updates and sync will be.
Works well and sound quality is great but the pause button will sometimes stop working for some reason.
Thank you for the feedback. That's interesting about the play pause button not working sometimes. We have not heard that issue on Mighty 3. The buttons on the Mighty Wave are a little stiff since it is a fully waterproof player but a firm push should always work. If the issue persists and you need a replacement, please let us know.

Very good call out. Phones are distracting but music is a tool to help focus and gain inspiration. If you can't have a phone at school or work, you can still get your Spotify with Mighty.
