The device stopped charging and customer service is creating an excessive number of obstacles to reach any sort of resolution. It's regrettable and I cannot recommend anyone to patronize this company.
Thank you for the review and the screenshots. It looks like our Customer Success team is trying to troubleshoot the issue your Mighty is having prior to replacing your Mighty. Without having the device in hand, asking these questions and taking these steps are necessary in order to get to the root of the issue. Once we understand the issue we can take the appropriate next steps.
Got this for my 15 year old son to listen to his Spotify while traveling. Phones are off the table for quite a while. It connects well and solved an issue!! Thank you mighty!
Awesome! Mighty is so great for traveling. Even when you have a phone, Mighty is a nice option to take a break from the screen and experience the scenery while listening to music. Glad that you found us!
I have recently bought this mighty as my daughter has been struggling at school she says the only thing that helps her concentrate is music, she school said this wasn’t aloud as music including Bluetooth so I did research and found this amazing thing it is super small so it fits in her pocket and is perfect for school as if it comes unplugged it won’t start playing aloud. My daughter has massively improved in school now and this amazing device has worked. Turned her life upside down. 10/10 seriously recommend
