Player is fine, app is negative 10 stars.

The player itself is fine and seems to work as you would want it to once you can get your music on it. Therein lies the issue. Getting the music downloaded to the player is an absolute nightmare. I got 3 of these for my kids and I spend hours fighting with the app to get the music to sync to the player. And if you can actually get the music to start downloading you might as well commit to not having a phone while it downloads. The sync only seems to work when you have the app open and don’t allow your phone to go to sleep. And even then it is really hit or miss as to what actually gets downloaded. The app is absolutely horrendous on every level. This company will never get my business again until they make wholesale changes to the worst app I’ve ever used.
