When you get music on the device it works well. But be prepared to spend hours trying to sync playlists. I finally got 5 playlists on the device and pieces of 2 others. It will refresh the music once on the device but the sync just randomly quits working every few songs it down loads. Despite leaving it for hours, it will not go further and you have to start over, refresh the list and get a few more songs before it happens again. I have probably spent 20 plus hours fooling with this to get 5 lousy playlists. They should develop a direct download method that does not involve blue tooth as it does not work with the iPhone 16 pro max very well. Overall, I would highly recommend looking elsewhere for a functional device.
Thank you for the review. We are sorry you are having problems syncing playlists. Based on what you are decribing, it sounds like you might be trying to sync multiple playlists at once, and or trying to sync a very large playlist. We recomend syncing one playlist at a time and keeping the playlists to playlists of 200 songs or less. We do our best to outline this within the Mighty app and the troubleshooting docuemntation to help users but it's easy to get excited when syncing. If you try to go too big with your playlists, Mighty will initiate the process but then get stuck as you describe. Try again with one playlist at a time and make sure your Mighty is near a WiFi port and I bet you'll be good to go. If you ever get stuck or need support, please reach out to us at heyo@bemighty.com
I got one of these as a birthday present and I was so excited as I had wanted an on the go music player that isn't my phone for years now. Setup was simple enough, I had it working pretty fast after opening it and I downloaded a favorite playlist onto it. For the next few days I took this thing with me everywhere. I really love my tunes while I'm skateboarding so this thing was perfect. Around the third day if I tried to skip a song it would take a really long time for the music to start playing again and sometimes it just wouldn't start playing the next song. It was finicky for a day or two longer when finally the battery ran out and the thing died. (I was curious what the battery life was on this and it impressed me by playing music for a few hours a day for just under a week!) When I try to charge it now, it's a brick, no indicator light to say its charging, I can't turn it on even after leaving it plugged in for quite some time. I tried different blocks as well as my laptop to try and charge it and got nothing. I give it a 3 out of 5 stars because while it worked it worked perfectly but my joy was short lived much like my Mighty 3.
Koby,
Thank you for the review. We are glad your Mighty worked flawlesly for you to start. It should still be doing that.
The situation you are describing does not sound like something we have heard often (or ever). Did the player fall or get wet by chance? Are you using the charging cable that came with your Mighty? Something is for sure preventing your Mighty from working as intended. Please email us at heyo@bemighty.com so we can help troubleshoot the information and figure out a solution.
Love it! Gave it to my daughter and she loves it. It connects to my Spotify and we can go over her list and add or take off any time. She love that it is compact for her pocket or that it can go into the stroller compartment. I’m glad we found out about mighty! Thank you!!
Awesome. Thank you so much for sharing. We are glad you found Mighty and your daughter is enjoying it. Cheers to more music and less screen time!
